Despatch and Returns

Dustpic Ltd operates from factory/warehouse premises and we aim to despatch within 5-7 working days of receiving an order, provided goods are in stock (which they generally are). We aim to carry all items in stock at any one time. You will then have the choice whether to continue with your order or cancel it.

Postage and packing is charged at Mainland UK prices and non-Mainland UK Prices. We do not aim to profit from postage and packing and in many cases our charge does not cover the cost, especially where goods are heavy. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE TO SEE DELIVERY PRICES IN EACH PRICE RANGE. Delivery over £50 is free to all. We send our packages by Standard Royal Mail and DHL. If you are out when the post is attempted to be delivered, then you will receive a card informing you which post office you should go to collect it. Please ensure that you include your postcode.

Returns should ideally be sent to us using recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your goods. We refund in total should goods be faulty, and we offer a refund, less our postage costs plus £3 admin charge, for unwanted goods provided the goods are in their original packaging, unopened and unused. In both cases they should be returned and received by us no later than 21 days after they were despatched by us.
